Get to Know Me

My path to becoming a therapist started after a deeply meaningful experience with my own supportive counselor. That time in my life showed me how powerful it can be to feel truly seen, heard, and encouraged—and it inspired me to help others find the same.

I’m passionate about empowering girls and women. I volunteered as a Lead Coach in the program Girls on the Run. Working with these girls was just as rewarding as working with my patients in therapy.

Things I love: Going to my own therapy, live music (even better if it’s outdoors), comedy shows downtown, cooking while listening to music or a podcast, visiting my hometown on Lake Michigan (only in the summer!), reading & relaxing, pop culture podcasts
