I take a client-centered approach—you tell me your goals, and together we’ll work toward achieving them. Not sure what your goals are yet? That’s okay; I can help you uncover them. I often use an attachment-based lens, which helps us explore how you show up in different areas of your life and relationships.

Research shows that your mind and body are deeply connected, so we’ll also pay attention to physical and somatic experiences to ensure a truly holistic process.

Techniques such as mindfulness, Brainspotting, and EMDR can support meaningful change—not only for trauma, but also for challenges like self-esteem, stress management, anxiety, and depression, work performance and sports performance.
